We use elongated, sweeping brushstrokes to capture the flower’s upward reach, employing "wet-on-wet" washes to create soft vertical streaks of color—ranging from buttery browns to roasted orange. Our watercolor interpretation utilizes a "wet-on-dry" layering technique to capture this unique translucency. Bold sweeps of electric magenta are layered until they achieve a luminous effect.
