Returns
Our Approach
Our Return PolicyÂ
What is your return policy?Â
Can I return an item if I change my mind?Â
No. Because every item is made only after it is purchased and we do not hold an in-house inventory, we do not accept returns based on a change of mind, preference, fit, color choice or accidental selection. Please review the product description, measurements, color, quantity and delivery information carefully before ordering.Â
Are print-on-demand products returnable?Â
Not under our voluntary store policy. Our products are produced especially after the order is placed and cannot simply be put back into ordinary stock. If the product is faulty, damaged during transport or different from what you ordered, the specific replacement rules on this page apply.Â
Do I need authorization before sending anything back?Â
Yes. Do not send any product back unless we have specifically instructed you to do so in writing. The address printed on a parcel may belong to a manufacturer, fulfilment facility or carrier and may not be able to receive or process customer returns. An unauthorized return does not create a right to a refund or exchange.Â
What happens if I send a product back without contacting you?Â
Refunds and Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?Â
Is it possible to exchange an item?Â
No. We do not operate a general exchange service because we do not keep finished products in an in-house inventory. Every product is made for the buyer only. If we sent the wrong item or a verified faulty item, we may send a replacement according to the rules below.Â
Can I exchange an item for another size or color?Â
No, not when the size or color received matches the order you placed. Please use the product page, size guide and measurements carefully before ordering. If we sent a size, color or design different from the one shown in your order confirmation, report it as a wrong item and provide the required unpacking video. The information can be sent at info@bazaarofdesignora.comÂ
Can I receive store credit instead?Â
No general store-credit alternative is offered for ordinary returns or exchanges. Where a verified product problem qualifies for a replacement, the solution is handled according to the specific faulty, damaged or incorrect-item rules below.Â
Returned-to-Sender OrdersÂ
Why was my order returned?Â
- The package was refused at delivery.Â
- The delivery partner could not access the address after several attempts.Â
- The delivery address was incomplete or incorrect.Â
- The package was damaged in transit.Â
- The order was not collected from the branch or pickup location within 10 days.Â
What happens if I entered an incorrect or incomplete address?Â
Contact us as soon as possible. If the parcel has already been dispatched or returned, the address may no longer be changeable. Once the parcel reaches the warehouse, contact us to find out whether it can be sent again and what information is required.Â
What happens if I did not collect my parcel within 10 days?Â
The delivery partner may return it to the warehouse. Contact us after the tracking shows that the parcel is being returned. It can take time to arrive and be registered before a new shipment can be discussed.
What happens if I refused the parcel?Â
The carrier may return it to the warehouse. Refusing delivery is not the same as an approved return and does not make the order refundable. Contact us if the parcel is being returned and you still want to receive it.Â
Can a returned parcel be shipped to me again?Â
Possibly. If the parcel returns to the supplier because you were not found at the shipping address and you still want it, contact us. Reshipment can be considered only after the parcel reaches the warehouse and its status is confirmed.Â
How long does it take for a returned parcel to reach the warehouse?Â
There is no fixed time because the return route depends on the courier, destination and dispatch country. Follow the tracking information and contact us for further details once the return is visible.Â
Faulty Products
I received a faulty item. What should I do?Â
What counts as a printing fault?Â
A printing fault may include a clearly missing part of the design, a major unintended mark, severe misalignment, an obviously incorrect print or another visible production problem. Small differences caused by fabric texture, printing technique, screen color or normal production tolerance are not automatically faults. Send clear close-ups and a full view of the product so we can assess it. Mind that the colors can be 10% darker than what you see on the screen and that’s normal for most printing procedures.
The print is faded, blurred, misaligned or peeling. What should I send?Â
Email info@bazaarofdesignora.com with the order number, a short video, close-up photographs and a full photograph of the product. Explain whether the issue was present immediately or appeared after washing or use. If it appeared after care or use, include how the product was washed, dried and handled. If you cared for it against our care guidelines that were written on the product and on the product page, we cannot replace it.
The product has another manufacturing defect. What should I do?Â
Do not attempt to repair, wash, alter or discard it. Send clear pictures, a short video and the order details to info@bazaarofdesignora.com. For damage that is not a print fault, a replacement can be sent only when the full unpacking video clearly proves that the damage was already present when the parcel was opened.Â
Do I have to return a faulty product?Â
Not for a verified printing fault under this policy. We will send a new item without requiring you to return it. For any other situation, wait for our written instructions and do not send the product to the address printed on the parcel.Â
Wrong or Incomplete OrdersÂ
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
I received the wrong size, color or design.Â
Compare the product with your order confirmation. If the delivered variant is different, report it as a wrong item and send the full unpacking video to info@bazaarofdesignora.com. If the product matches the size, color and design that you selected, it cannot be exchanged for preference or fit.Â
One or more items are missing from my order. What should I do?
First check all dispatch emails and tracking links, because products from different manufacturers may arrive in separate parcels. If every parcel has arrived and an item is still missing, send the full unpacking video, photographs of everything received and a clear image of the shipping label to info@bazaarofdesignora.com.Â
Could the missing item be arriving separately?Â
Yes. Because we work with multiple on-demand manufacturers around the world, products may be printed, packed and shipped separately. Check whether you received more than one tracking number before reporting an item as missing.Â
I received an incomplete set or a missing component.Â
Keep all packaging and contents together. Send the full unpacking video, photographs, the order number and a description of the missing component to info@bazaarofdesignora.com. We will check the order and the manufacturer’s packing information.Â
Damage During TransportÂ
What should I do if my product was damaged during transport?Â
My parcel arrived damaged, but the product appears unharmed.Â
Photograph the parcel and shipping label before discarding the packaging. Inspect the product carefully. If the product is unharmed, no replacement is necessary, but keep the photographs and packaging for a short time in case hidden damage becomes visible.Â
The parcel appears opened or tampered with. What should I do?Â
Record the parcel before opening it further. Make sure the label, seals and damaged or opened areas are visible. Then film the complete unpacking process and check every item. If anything is missing or damaged, send the video and photographs to info@bazaarofdesignora.com.Â
Why is the unpacking video required?
The video shows the condition of the parcel, the shipping label and the product at the moment it is opened. This helps us distinguish transport or fulfilment damage from damage that happened later and gives us the evidence needed to raise the issue with the manufacturer or delivery partner. You do not have to show your face, but the parcel label and the complete opening process must be visible.Â
What should a valid unpacking video show?Â
Start filming before opening the parcel. Show every side of the unopened package, the shipping label and any visible damage. Keep the recording continuous while opening the parcel and removing every item. Show the full product and then the damaged, missing or incorrect area clearly. Do not pause, cut or edit the video.Â
Repairs
Can I get a chipped or broken part repaired?Â
Do you offer a repair service?Â
No. We do not operate an in-house repair workshop. If the item arrived faulty or damaged, follow the reporting and unpacking-video rules above so that we can assess whether a replacement can be sent.Â
Should I try to repair a damaged product myself?Â
Not before reporting the problem. An attempted repair can change the condition of the item and make the original issue harder to assess. Keep the product unchanged while the case is being reviewed.Â
Can you send a spare or replacement part?Â
We do not promise spare-part availability. Contact us with photographs and the product details. If the item arrived incomplete or damaged and the evidence meets the rules above, we will review the appropriate replacement solution.Â
Reporting an IssueÂ
I have an issue with the order I just received. What can I do?
Â
What information should I include in my email?Â
- Your full name and order number.Â
- The email address used for the order.Â
- The affected product and a short explanation.Â
- Clear photographs of the whole product and the issue.Â
- A photograph of the shipping label and packaging.Â
- The full unpacking video where required.Â
What should I do with the product while the issue is reviewed?Â
Keep the product, packaging, labels and all included components. Do not wash, wear, alter, repair, discard or send the product back unless we provide written instructions.Â
How will I know whether a replacement has been approved?
We will reply by email after reviewing the order information and evidence. A replacement is not approved until you receive written confirmation from us.Â
What happens if the evidence is incomplete?Â
We may ask for additional photographs, video or order information. If the required full unpacking video was not recorded, we may be unable to verify transit damage, a wrong item or missing contents under this policy.Â
Where should I send my evidence?Â
Send all evidence and order details to info@bazaarofdesignora.com. Do not send full payment-card information, account passwords or unnecessary identity documents.Â
