Introduction and General Information

What are these Terms and Conditions?
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Bazaar Of Designora E-Boutique and the offer, confirmation, payment, delivery and return of products ordered through it. By placing an order, customers expressly and irrevocably accept the version of these Terms in force on the date of the order.
Who operates Bazaar Of Designora?
Bazaar Of Designora Brand & E-Boutique is a wholly owned subsidiary of Designora Studio. Designora Studio designs, creates and sells fashion items globally under the Romanian company 3D TEXTILE PATTERN. For more company information, please visit the Legal page.
What type of store is Bazaar Of Designora?
Bazaar Of Designora is an online fashion and design store. The E-Boutique sells products globally and uses third-party suppliers to print, assemble, pack and dispatch many items only after a customer purchases them.
What does “made on demand” mean?
It means that products are assembled after the customer buys them rather than being held as finished stock in advance. The production and fulfilment work is carried out through third-party suppliers selected for the relevant product and destination.
Which other policies apply?
These Terms should be read together with the Shipping, Customs, Returns, PrivacyCookies and Legal pages. Product descriptions, checkout information and order confirmations also form part of the information supplied for each purchase.
How can I contact Bazaar Of Designora?
For further questions, customers may contact Bazaar Of Designora’s customer service department through the Contact page. Questions about personal-information processing may also be sent to info@bazaarofdesignora.com

Commercial Policy and Eligibility

Who may purchase from the E-Boutique?
Bazaar Of Designora operates its own e-commerce business and sells items exclusively to consumers through its E-Boutique. “Consumers” means private, competent individuals of legal age who are not under guardianship or curatorship and whose purchases are not made for business or professional purposes.
Can Bazaar Of Designora refuse or cancel an order?
Bazaar Of Designora reserves the right to cancel orders from individuals who do not meet the definition of consumer above, as well as orders that do not comply with this commercial policy, cannot be lawfully fulfilled, appear fraudulent, or cannot be paid or delivered.
Do these Terms apply to business or wholesale purchases?
These General Conditions of Sale are intended for consumer purchases through the E-Boutique. Any business, resale, wholesale or professional order requires separate written approval and may be subject to different terms.
Can these Terms change?
Bazaar Of Designora may modify these Terms from time to time. The applicable conditions are those in effect on the date the customer places the order. Changes do not retroactively replace the terms already applicable to an earlier accepted order.
What happens if another set of conditions conflicts with these Terms?
These General Conditions of Sale take precedence over other general conditions that have not been expressly approved by Bazaar Of Designora. More specific product-page or checkout information applies to the particular item or transaction where relevant.

Products Offered for Sale

What products are available for purchase?
The products available for purchase are those displayed on the Bazaar Of Designora E-Boutique. Availability may change, and a product may be removed, paused or become unavailable before an order is accepted.
Where can I find product information?
Each product has a description prepared for Bazaar Of Designora. Customers can read it by opening the relevant product page. The page may contain information about the design, materials, dimensions, size, care, production and delivery.
Are product photographs exact?
Every effort is made to ensure that product photographs, renders and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, the physical item may not be identical to the image, particularly in relation to color, screen display, placement, texture or normal manufacturing variation.
Can colors appear different in person?
Yes. Screens display colors differently, and printing methods, materials and lighting can change the final appearance. Reasonable differences of this kind are not automatically product defects.
Can product measurements or print placement vary?
Small production tolerances may occur because products are manufactured individually. Slight variation in dimensions, placement, scale or finish can be part of the normal production process.
What happens if a product page contains an error?
Bazaar Of Designora may correct technical, typographical, descriptive or pricing errors. If a material error is discovered before the order is accepted, the information may be corrected. If it is discovered after an order is placed, Bazaar Of Designora may contact the customer with the available options. For more information, read the Returns page.
Is Bazaar Of Designora responsible for every small difference or website error?
Customers are not entitled to compensation merely because of minor differences between a product image and the finished item or because of an immaterial technical or typographical error. This does not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Placing an Order

Where can I place an order?
Orders are placed online through the Bazaar Of Designora website at www.bazaarofdesignora.com
How does the checkout process work?
Bazaar Of Designora uses a three-step checkout process so that customers can review and modify their order before final confirmation. Customers should check the selected products, quantities, addresses, currency and payment details carefully before submitting the order.
When is an order considered final?
After the customer gives final confirmation, the order is considered final. Changes, cancellations and returns are then possible only in accordance with the conditions stated in these Terms and on the Returns page.
Does submitting an order guarantee acceptance?
No. An order may still be reviewed for payment, availability, production feasibility, address validity and compliance with these Terms. Bazaar Of Designora may refuse or cancel an order for the reasons described in this document.
What if I do not receive confirmation or cancellation within one day?
If the customer receives neither an order confirmation nor a cancellation email within one day, the customer should contact customer service
Can I correct a mistake before final confirmation?
Yes. The checkout steps are designed to let customers review and change the information entered before the order is finally submitted. Once final confirmation is given, the automated made-on-demand process may prevent later changes.

Order Processing and Confirmation

How are orders processed?
After final confirmation and payment authorization, the order may be transferred to the relevant third-party supplier for production, packing and dispatch. Because the process is automated and products are assembled on demand, work may begin quickly.
What information is included in the order confirmation?
The confirmation normally records the products ordered, quantities, price, payment details, billing and delivery information, and other relevant order information. Customers should review it and contact customer service promptly if something appears incorrect.
Should I keep the confirmation email?
Yes. Bazaar Of Designora recommends keeping the confirmation email electronically or on paper as proof of the order.
Can I view my order online?
The order form is stored in Bazaar Of Designora’s database for the duration of order processing and in accordance with legal requirements. Customers with an E-Boutique account may view their order by signing in.
What happens if an item is unavailable?
Bazaar Of Designora may cancel the unavailable item or order. Where an item is cancelled, the customer will not be charged for that item, and a follow-up email may provide the revised order details.
What if my order cannot be shipped within 30 working days?
If Bazaar Of Designora is unable to ship an order within 30 working days, the customer will receive a follow-up email with the expected shipping date.
Is Bazaar Of Designora liable if a product is backordered or no longer available?
Bazaar Of Designora is not liable merely because a product becomes backordered or unavailable. Where this affects an order, the customer will be informed and the unavailable product will not be charged or will be handled through the appropriate payment correction.

Selling Prices, Taxes and Shipping Charges

In which currency are prices displayed?
Item prices are stated in EU currency unless another currency is displayed through the E-Boutique’s currency settings or checkout.
Do product prices include taxes and shipping?
Item prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs. Shipping fees described on the Shipping page are paid by the customer and billed in addition to the cost of the product. The customs fees are not included, though.
Can prices change?
Yes. Item prices may change at any time for future orders. The selling price applicable to an order is the price displayed in the E-Boutique when the order is placed, unless a typographical or technical error has occurred.
What happens if the displayed price is wrong?
In exceptional cases, a product may display an erroneous price. Bazaar Of Designora will contact the customer and, according to the customer’s instructions, allow the customer to confirm the order at the effective price or cancel it.
Are customs duties included?
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by authorities or carriers are separate from the product price unless checkout expressly states otherwise. The Shipping page contains further information.

Payment and Billing

When must an order be paid?
All purchases made through the E-Boutique must be paid at the time of order.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Bazaar Of Designora accepts Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
When is my card charged?
The customer’s card is charged when the order is processed. If certain items are unavailable, the customer is charged only for the available products, shipping fees and applicable sales tax or VAT.
What card information must I provide?
When ordering, customers must provide the card number, expiry date and security code shown on the card, together with any other information required by the payment provider.
How is payment information used?
Payment information is used only to complete customer orders, issue refunds where applicable, or notify the relevant authorities in the event of fraudulent transactions on the E-Boutique.
Can an order be cancelled if payment is refused?
Yes. Bazaar Of Designora reserves the right to cancel an order or shipment when payment is refused by the customer’s card company or payment cannot be successfully completed.
Can Bazaar Of Designora refuse an order because of an earlier payment problem?
Yes. Bazaar Of Designora may refuse delivery or fulfilment of an order placed by a customer who has an outstanding balance on a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is pending.
What happens if someone uses a fraudulent payment method?
Bazaar Of Designora reserves the right to cancel the order, protect its systems and transactions, and prosecute any customer who uses or attempts to use a fraudulent form of payment.
Can I use more than one payment method?
Only the payment options made available during checkout can be used. Unless the checkout expressly offers split payment, one payment method is used for each order.
Will I receive a billing record?
Order and billing records may be provided electronically through the confirmation email, customer account or invoice process used by Bazaar Of Designora.

Ownership and Transfer of Risk

When does ownership transfer to the customer?
Bazaar Of Designora retains ownership of the shipped item or items until full payment, including any applicable interest, is received.
Does providing a payment method count as payment?
No. Merely providing a payment method does not constitute completed payment. Payment must be successfully received.
What happens if the customer does not fulfil the payment obligation?
If the customer does not fulfil the payment obligation, Bazaar Of Designora has the right to recover the shipped item or items immediately at the customer’s expense.
When does the risk of loss or damage transfer?
The transfer of ownership conditions do not prevent the transfer of risk. The customer is responsible for the risk of loss or damage from the time the product leaves Bazaar Of Designora’s premises.

Delivery and Returns

Where can I find delivery rules?
Delivery destinations, shipping fees, estimates, tracking, split shipments, customs and delivery problems are explained on the Shipping and Customs pages.
Can products in one order be delivered separately?
Yes. Because items may be produced by different third-party suppliers, they may be packed and shipped separately. The Shipping page explains how this works.
Where can I find return and refund rules?
The conditions for returns, refunds, exchanges, faulty items, incorrect products, damaged products and returned-to-sender parcels are explained on the Returns page.
Does final confirmation automatically create a right to return?
No. After final confirmation, a return may be made only under the conditions stated on the Returns page and any rights that apply by law.

Force Majeure

What is a force majeure event?
A force majeure event is an external, unforeseen and unavoidable circumstance that prevents the proper execution of an order. Examples include natural catastrophes, fire, internal or external strikes, internal or external system failures and similar events outside reasonable control.
What happens if a force majeure event affects an order?
Bazaar Of Designora is not liable for being unable to fulfil its contractual obligations because of a force majeure event. Where possible, customers will be informed and the order will resume when the obstacle ends or will be handled according to the circumstances.

Is uninterrupted website access guaranteed?

Bazaar Of Designora is not liable for damage caused by use of the internet, such as lost data, hacking, viruses, interrupted service or other issues outside its control.

Bazaar Of Designora may restrict, suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful use, security concerns, outstanding balances, pending payment disputes or material breach of these Terms.
What happens to an accepted order if an account is closed?
Closing an account does not automatically cancel an accepted order or remove payment, delivery, record-keeping or dispute obligations connected with that order.
How are important notices sent?
