Shipping

Shipping Destinations

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. Please take heed of customs fees though: when a parcel crosses a customs border, the destination country may apply import taxes, duties or handling charges.
Are there any countries or regions you cannot ship to?

Our intention is to deliver worldwide. In rare cases, a manufacturer or carrier may be temporarily unable to serve a destination because of local restrictions, service interruptions or circumstances outside our control. If an address cannot be accepted, the website or checkout process will indicate this.

Can you ship to remote areas, islands or military addresses?

Delivery may be possible, but it depends on the manufacturer and carrier assigned to the order. Remote areas, islands and special address formats may require extra transit time. Please enter the address exactly as required by the local postal service and make sure a telephone number is included.

Can you ship to a PO box?

Some carriers accept PO boxes and others require a physical street address. Because the carrier may be selected only after production, a residential or business street address is the safest choice. If a PO box is not supported, we may need an alternative address before dispatch.

Can my order be delivered to a parcel locker or a business?
For the time being, delivery to a parcel locker is unfortunately not possible through our website ordering process.
Delivery to a company is possible when the company address is entered as the shipping address. Please include the company name, the recipient’s full name, department where relevant, complete address and a reachable telephone number.

Shipping Costs and Customs

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free. Customs fees might not be free when your order is imported into the destination country.
Why might an order still create customs or handling charges if shipping is free?

Free shipping covers the transport charge collected by Bazaar of Designora. It does not remove duties, brokerage fees, clearance fees or other charges imposed separately by customs authorities, postal operators or couriers.

What are customs fees?

Customs fees are taxes and charges that may be applied when products are shipped across countries. Put simply, they are charges levied on the import of goods. Depending on the destination, they may include customs duty, import VAT, clearance fees, brokerage fees or carrier handling charges.

Will I have to pay customs fees when my order arrives?

Possibly. If the product is manufactured and delivered within the same customs territory, import charges may not apply. If it is shipped across a customs border, the destination authorities may assess charges according to their own rules.

Who is responsible for paying customs duties and import taxes?
The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or carrier handling fees requested by the destination country or delivery company.
Can customs authorities delay my order?
Yes. Customs authorities may inspect the parcel, request information, verify its value or wait for payment. This process is outside our control and can extend the delivery time.

Processing and Production

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and sent to warehouses and manufacturers around the world right after payment is completed. Because the products are made on demand, production can begin automatically.
Please allow extra time during holidays, sale seasons and other high-demand periods.
How long does production take?

Bazaar of Designora sells products that are printed and assembled only for the buyer, helping us reduce overconsumption and increase creative freedom. Production usually takes between 2 and 4 days.

What is the difference between processing time and delivery time?

Processing or production time is the time needed to print, assemble, check and pack your product. Delivery time begins after the parcel leaves the manufacturer. The total time is therefore production time plus transit time, with possible extra time for customs or unexpected disruptions.

How do I know the lead time of the items I ordered?
Once you place your order, the quotation or order information sent to your email will include the expected delivery moment. Our logistics team will also check your availability in advance where the delivery service supports this.
You can also find the manufacturing country and delivery guidance under the “DELIVERY” tab on each product page.
Do weekends and public holidays count as processing days?
Not always. Production and dispatch depend on the working days of the manufacturer’s country. Romanian public holidays may also affect customer-support response times.
Why is my order still being processed?
Your product may still be printing, assembling, passing a quality check, being repacked or waiting for carrier collection. Temporary material shortages or peak demand can also add time.
Can production be expedited?
Unfortunately, production cannot be expedited. Our automated on-demand process begins as soon as possible and follows the manufacturer’s normal production schedule.

Orders With Multiple Products

Do you do partial shipments?
For us, efficiency is key, so we generally prefer to deliver each order in one go and minimize lead times. However, because we work with multiple on-demand manufacturers across the globe, you may receive your order in separate packages.
If the products come from the same manufacturer, they will normally arrive in the same package. The country in which each product will be packed is listed under the “DELIVERY” tab on the product page.
I purchased multiple items. Can they be grouped together for same-day delivery?
We cannot guarantee this. Products made by different manufacturers may be packed and delivered separately. If the products come from the same manufacturer, they will normally be packed together.
Separate parcels can follow different production schedules and routes, so they may not arrive on the same day.

Why is my order being sent in separate parcels?
This usually means that the products are made by different manufacturers, use different production processes or are completed at different times.
Will I be charged extra if you divide my order into separate parcels?
No additional shipping charge will be requested simply because we divide an order after purchase. Shipping is free. Customs authorities or carriers may still assess separate import or handling charges for separate parcels.
Why did one item arrive before the others?
The remaining products may still be in production or travelling in another package. Check all shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers before reporting an item as missing.
Can I combine two separate orders into one shipment?
Usually not. Separate orders enter the automated fulfilment process independently and may be assigned to different manufacturers.
Can I add another product to an order that has already been placed?
No. Once an order is placed, additional products must be purchased in a new order

Delivery Addresses and Instructions

Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. On the Checkout page, check the box called “Ship to a different address?” and enter the delivery address you want to use.
How should I enter my delivery address?

Enter the recipient’s full name, street and building number, apartment or unit where applicable, postal code, city, region, country and telephone number. For a business delivery, also include the company name and department if needed.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Because orders are processed automatically and can move quickly into production, address changes are not possible. Once the shipping label has been created or the parcel has been dispatched, only the carrier may be able to redirect it.

What happens if I provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address?
An incorrect or incomplete address can cause a delay, failed delivery or return to sender. Please review the address carefully before paying. If the parcel is returned, the outcome will be handled under our Returns policy.
How do I provide additional delivery instructions?
Write the instructions in the checkout form under “Additional information”. Keep them brief and practical, for example a gate code, reception desk or building entrance.
We will pass the instructions through the available fulfilment system, but we cannot guarantee that every carrier or driver will receive or follow them.
Can the courier call me before delivery?
This depends on the local carrier. A valid telephone number helps, but a call or text message is not guaranteed. Please follow the tracking updates and make sure someone can receive the parcel. Use the “Additional information” from at checkout for special notes.
Do I need to provide a telephone number for delivery?
Yes, a reachable telephone number is strongly recommended and may be needed for delivery notifications, customs clearance or address clarification.

Dispatch and Tracking

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once we have shipped your order, we will send a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a package-tracking link so you can check the delivery status online.
Is my order already on its way?

Your order is on its way once the relevant parcel has been handed to the carrier. Check the shipping confirmation email or your account under “My Account > Orders”.

How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive a track-and-trace email. Open the link to follow your parcel. Where the carrier supports scheduled delivery, you may choose a delivery day at checkout and receive the estimated time window one day before delivery.
If you have not received the email, please check your spam or junk folder. For questions about the order status, contact us
When will my tracking information become active?
Tracking normally becomes active after the carrier scans the physical parcel. A shipping email may arrive before the first scan, so please allow a little time for the first update to appear.
Why is my tracking information not updating?
The parcel may be moving between facilities, waiting for export, passing through customs or being transferred to a local delivery partner. International shipments can have gaps between scans. A temporary lack of updates does not necessarily mean the parcel is lost.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is normally included in the shipping confirmation email and may also appear under “My Account > Orders”. Check your spam or junk folder if the email is missing.
Will I receive a separate tracking number for each parcel?
Yes, when the products are shipped separately and each parcel supports tracking, you will normally receive a separate tracking number for each package.
Who is shipping my order?
Your products are shipped by experienced delivery professionals selected through our manufacturers and fulfilment partners. The carrier may differ according to the product, dispatch country and destination, and the parcel may be passed to a local carrier for final delivery.
Can I choose the courier?
No. The carrier is selected automatically according to the manufacturer, delivery route and destination.
Where can I find details about my shipment?
Check the order confirmation sent after purchase, the shipping confirmation email, the tracking link and “My Account > Orders”. For the most up-to-date information, you can also contact us.

Delivery Times

What are the delivery times?
Production takes between 2 and 4 days.
If production takes place in the same country where the package will be delivered, delivery can take between 5 and 10 days.
If production takes place in a different country from the delivery country, delivery can take between 10 and 30 days.
The country in which the product will be packed is listed in the “DELIVERY” tab on every product page. If more than one country is listed, the product will be made and packed in the same continent as the shipping address and, where possible, in the same country. This happens automatically; you do not need to do anything extra.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?

No. The delivery ranges are estimates. Customs checks, carrier disruptions, severe weather, strikes, holidays, peak seasons or address problems may add time.

Does the estimated delivery time include production time?
Production and delivery are separate. Add the 2–4 day production period to the relevant 5–10 or 10–30 day delivery range unless the product page clearly presents a combined estimate.
Do weekends and public holidays count as delivery days?
Usually not. Most carriers calculate delivery in business days, although some local services may deliver at weekends.
Can my order be expedited?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer expedited shipping at this time.
To obtain the shortest available delivery route, we recommend choosing a product packed in the same country or continent as the shipping address. The packing country is listed under the “DELIVERY” tab on each product page.
What can I do when my order is delayed?
Because we work with multiple suppliers around the world, factors outside our control can cause unexpected delays. Kindly hold on a little while longer and your brand-new product should soon be at your doorstep.
For real-time information, check the email and tracking information received for your order or contact us.
Will I receive a separate tracking number for each parcel?
Yes, when the products are shipped separately and each parcel supports tracking, you will normally receive a separate tracking number for each package.
What happens during periods of high demand?
Production and delivery may take longer during holidays, sales, launches and unexpected surges in demand. We recommend ordering early when you need a product for a particular occasion.
Can severe weather, strikes, customs checks or other events affect delivery?
Yes. Events outside our control can interrupt manufacturing, international transport, customs clearance or final delivery. We will share the information available to us, but the estimate may need to be extended.

Delivery Problems

I have not received my order. What should I do?
You will be notified by email of the shipping date, tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Any known shipping or delivery delays will also be communicated by email.
If the manufacturing country is different from the delivery country and the parcel has not arrived within 30 days without prior notification, contact us
If the manufacturing country is the same as the delivery country and the parcel has not arrived within 15 days without prior notification, contact us
Before contacting us, check the tracking page, delivery address, safe places, reception or mailroom, household members, neighbors and any message from the courier or customs authority.
What should I do if tracking says “delivered” but I have not received the parcel?
Wait until the end of the delivery day, because some carriers update the status shortly before arrival. Check entrances, safe places, reception, household members and neighbors. Then contact the carrier for delivery details and contact us if the parcel still cannot be located.

What happens if I am not home when my order arrives?
You will be notified when the driver arrives, and we strongly advise that you or someone you trust receives the parcel. If the driver cannot find you, they may attempt delivery again.
Please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation and “My Account > Orders”. In some countries, the courier may safely leave the parcel with a neighbor or leave a collection notice. In others, the courier will return for another attempt. If you miss the delivery entirely, please check our Returns policy.
What happens if the courier cannot deliver my parcel?
The carrier may try again, request address clarification, take the parcel to a pickup location or return it to the sender. Follow the tracking instructions and contact the carrier promptly if an action is required.
What happens if my parcel is returned to the sender?
Contact us and include the order number and the reason shown by the carrier. The next step will be handled according to our Returns policy, especially when the return resulted from an incorrect address, missed collection, refused delivery or unpaid customs charges.
My order is missing one or more items. What should I do?
It is possible that the items were shipped in separate packages. Check your emails and tracking numbers to see whether another package is still on its way.
If all packages have arrived and products are still missing, send us a video of the unpacking process so that any dispute can be solved in your advantage. You do not have to show your face, but the shipping label must be visible.
Email the video and your order details to info@bazaarofdesignora.com
What should I do if my parcel appears to be lost?
A parcel is not necessarily lost because tracking pauses. Use the 15-day threshold for same-country production and delivery, or the 30-day threshold when production and delivery take place in different countries. If the relevant period passes without prior notification, contact us so the shipment can be investigated.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
Photograph and, where possible, film the parcel before and during opening. Make sure the shipping label, outer packaging, internal packaging and damaged product are clearly visible. Keep all packaging and contact us with the order number and evidence. Product remedies are explained on our Returns page.
What should I do if the packaging has been opened or tampered with?
Photograph or film the parcel before opening it further. Check the contents carefully and report missing or damaged items. If you believe the contents are unsafe, do not use them. Contact the carrier where possible and then contact us with your order and tracking details.

Additional Delivery Options

Can I request delivery on a specific date?
We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Production must be completed first, and carrier estimates can change. Please order well in advance of birthdays, holidays, travel or other fixed events.
Can I request contactless delivery?
This depends on the local carrier. After dispatch, the tracking page may offer a safe-place or contactless-delivery option.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
A signature may be required depending on the carrier, destination, product value or delivery service. Check the tracking page for the requirements that apply to your parcel.
Can someone else accept the parcel on my behalf?
Usually, yes. A household member, neighbor, receptionist or another authorized person may be able to accept it, subject to the carrier’s identification or signature rules.
