FAQ

What kind of business is this ?
A fashion online store that delivers physical products manufactured partially on-demand, meaning that they are printed only after the customer purchases it.
What is Designora Studio?

The in-house creative virtual production engine created for Bazaar Of Designora, as well as for other projects. You can learn more here: www.designorastudio.com.

Who is the human behind it?

Sorina Constantin: a multidisciplinary architectural, fashion, graphic and 3D designer.

How is Bazaar Of Designora sustainable?
By changing the entire workflow of selling commodities.
Instead of: design → buy stock → inventory stock → take pictures → hope that it will sell → ship → deliver
We do: design → product renders → sell → print & pack → ship → deliver

This way, we can create freely without overconsumption and unnecessary risky costs.
Is there a stock limit?
Sometimes it takes a while for our suppliers to restock materials, but apart from that, we can sell as many products as we like.
Are you giving discounts?
No, because we are not working with limited stock, so we are not bound to selling certain amounts of products in a certain amount of time. Instead, we are offering ⭐(stars) for every bought item, so that you can acquire products from a hidden collection. When you reach a certain amount of stars that can buy an item, you will receive an email with the link of the collection and the instructions that need to be followed.
Are the Bazaar Of Designora products handmade?
The art and designs are made by hand in professional software for digital art, so none of it is AI generated. The manufacturing is industrial though.
How are the fashion items made?
We create the fine art or the illustration first. Then, we build 3D environments that can either support the art piece or it will recreate the realm that is in it. Then, we create products that we see fit for that environment and we render them.
Where are the physical products made?
We collaborate with various suppliers from all over the world, but if you want to see the country in which every product is made, you can read on the product page under the "Delivery" tab.
Where can I find pricing and delivery time?
The pricing can be found under the title on the product page and the delivery time can be found under the "Delivery" tab.
Do you issue gift cards?
Not yet, but we will in the near future.
Does my order come gift-wrapped?
No, because we don't pack the products in house. Instead, we sell good and matching wrapping paper.
How can I order a gift but ensure the price doesn't show on the gift receipt?
You will have to order the product at your place, pack it as you like it and send to your loved one without the price tag.
Can I order personalized products?
Not yet, but we might in the near future.
Are the prices shown inclusive of VAT?
Yes.
Can I get back the VAT I paid?
Only if you live outside the EU can you reclaim the VAT paid. Please send us the customs receipt (a stamp is required!) from the destination country, stating that the VAT was paid in that country. We can then refund the Romanian VAT to you, which is 21%.
How can I create an account?
Click on "My Account" that can be found in the main menu, insert your email address and set up password.
What are the advantages of creating an account?
Creating an account enables you to track the delivery of your Self In Art purchases and helps you to consult your order history. You can also update your contact information in your account.
For your security, bazaarofdesignora.com does not save your credit card information and will not share your personal data with any third parties.

What are the delivery times?
Bazaar Of Designora sells products that are printed and assembled only for the buyer to reduce overconsumption and to increase creativity. This process takes between 2 and 4 days.
If the production takes place in the same country where the package will be delivered, the delivery time can be between 5 and 10 days.
If the production takes place in a different country than the one where the package will be delivered, the delivery time can be between 10 and 30 days.
The country in which the product will be packed is listed in the "DELIVERY" tab in every product page. If more than one country is listed, then the product will be made and packed in the same continent as the shipping address and if possible, in the same country(automatically, you will not have to do anything extra).
Can my order be expedited?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer expedited shipping at this time. To get a fast shipping time, we recommend purchasing a product that is packed in the same continent or country as it is in the shipping address. The country in which the product will be packed is listed in the "DELIVERY" tab in every product page.
What can I do when my order is delayed?
As we deal with multiple suppliers across the world, factors outside our control may cause unexpected delays. Kindly, hold on for a little while longer and you'll have your brand new product at your doorstep! For real time information, check the email information received about your order or contact us.
Do you do partial shipments?
For us efficiency is key, so in general we prefer to deliver each order in one go, actually minimizing lead times for everyone. However, because we work with multiple on-demand manufacturers across the globe, you might receive your order in separate packages. If your order comes from the same manufacturer, you will receive the products in the same package.

The country in which the product will be packed is listed in the "DELIVERY" tab in every product page.

However, if the country of your shipping address is not the same as the country of the manufacturing and if you encounter a problem tracking your delivery or if it is not delivered within 30 days without prior notification, you can contact us.
If the country of your shipping address is the same as the country of the manufacturing and if you encounter a problem tracking your delivery or if it is not delivered within 15 days without prior notification, you can contact us.

Returns

FAQ

What are your return policies?
Our goal is not only to create beautiful products that enrich our customers' lives, but also to work together towards a more sustainable future. Every delivery, including returns, has a direct impact on the environment: transport movements generate CO2 emissions, which contribute to climate change. This is one of the reasons we chose to sell only on-demand products, meaning that they are printed and manufactured only for the buyer.

Even though we sell the same products to everyone, the process and the consumption of resources are similar to the custom-made products, that are generally not returnable. As a result, we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds, even if you send the products back to the address from which it was expedited.

If you received a faulty item, check the detailed answers of the questions below.

If you missed your package because you were not found at the shipping address and the package returns to our supplier, but you want it back, you can contact us.
Do you make refunds?

Since we don't make returns, we do not make refunds either. If you received a faulty item, check the detailed answers of the questions below.

Is it possible to exchange an item?

No, because we do not work with an in-house inventory, since all products are made for the buyer only.

Why was my order returned?

We're sorry your delivery failed – we apologize!

    There could be several reasons:

    - The package was refused upon delivery.
    - Our delivery partner was unable to access your address, even after several attempts.
    - The delivery address was incomplete or incorrect.
    - The package was damaged in transit.
    - The order wasn't picked up from the branch within 10 days.
It may now take some time for the package to return to the warehouse and be reshipped to you. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. You can contact us for further details.
I received a faulty item.
We're sorry you received a faulty item. Please send us an email at info@bazaarofdesignora.com with a short video and a few pictures of the faulty item. If the print is not right, we will send a new item without you having to return it.
If the product is damaged for other reasons, we can only send a new one if we receive a full unpacking video where it clearly shows that the damage was done before you received it.
I received the wrong item.
Bazaar Of Designora sells products that are printed only for the buyer, so we don't work with inventory. If you received the wrong item, we can only exchange it if we receive a full unpacking video where it clearly shows that a different product came from the order that you made at that particular time. Send it at info@bazaarofdesignora.com.
What should I do if the ordered product is damaged during transport?
If the product is damaged for other reasons, we can only send a new one if we receive a full unpacking video where it clearly shows that the damage was done before you received it. Send it at info@bazaarofdesignora.com.
I have an issue with the order I just received. What can I do ?
Our white glove delivery team will check all the items upon the delivery. Any issues could be communicated to our delivery team. They will assess the situation and will communicate with our service department for solutions. For any issues that emerge after delivery, please contact us.
Can I get a chipped or broken part repaired?
Bazaar Of Designora is unable to repair a piece that has been damaged or broken.
