Customer Customs Fees Guide for International Print-on-Demand Orders
Procedures and country/territory quick guide for customers ordering from outside their country.

Important: This is customer education, not legal/tax advice. Customs rules change often and the final amount is decided by the destination customs authority, carrier or broker.
Your product price includes VAT/sales tax charged at checkout and shipping. However, when a product physically ships from outside the customer’s country/customs territory, the customer may still be charged import duty, import VAT/GST, postal handling, courier brokerage, disbursement, or customs-processing fees unless those charges were legally prepaid and correctly transmitted to customs.
1. What might I pay and how?
- 1. Check where the item ships from: If the product is fulfilled inside your own country/customs territory(check out the “DELIVERY” section on each product page) import customs fees normally do not apply. If it ships from another country, import rules may apply.
- 2. Check whether tax was prepaid at checkout: VAT/GST shown at checkout may satisfy local import-tax rules in some countries/schemes, but it does not always cover customs duty, brokerage, postal handling or new fixed import fees.
- 3. Wait for the carrier or postal operator notice: If anything is due, the local postal operator, courier or customs broker usually contacts you by tracking page, email, SMS, app, letter or delivery notice.
- 4. Pay only through official channels: Use the carrier tracking page, official postal website, customs portal or in-person post office/courier counter. Avoid links in suspicious messages.
- 5. Provide missing information quickly: Some countries require a national ID, tax ID, importer code, personal customs code, proof of purchase, invoice, product description or payment receipt before release.
- 6. Delivery or collection: After payment and clearance, the parcel is released for delivery or post-office/courier collection. Refusing to pay may cause return, abandonment, storage fees or destruction depending on local law and carrier policy.

Customs fees notice
International orders may be shipped from outside your country. Your order total includes the product price, shipping and any taxes shown at checkout. It may not include import duties, customs processing fees, courier brokerage fees, postal handling fees, or local charges collected by your country when the package arrives. These charges are set by your customs authority and carrier, not by our store.
How will I know if I need to pay?
If payment is required, your local postal operator or courier will contact you using the tracking page, email, SMS, app, letter or delivery notice. Use only official tracking and payment channels.
What happens if I do not pay?
The package may be held, returned, abandoned, delayed, or subject to storage/return fees. Refunds for refused customs payments depend on our store policy and carrier return status.
Can you mark my order as a gift or lower value?
No. Customs declarations must state the correct product description and value. Incorrect declarations can cause delays, penalties, seizure, or incorrect duty/tax assessment.

Maintenance checklist
